"Ive been a State Farm customer for a few years. I had an insurance claim for my vehicle. While it was at the body shop I was supposed to receive a rental to commute to work with. Enterprise rental did not have a vehicle available, even though they confirmed that they had a rental scheduled in advance. State Farm was contacted and told us it wasn’t their responsibility at that point (A breach in contract). I missed a full week of work and was told they would reimburse me for taxi/Uber fees to commute to work. I work out of state and In different locations weekly. My family will be find a new insurance company for home/auto. When you pay for a service to be used in a time if need it needs to be reliable and meet expectations in line with the signed contract. State Farm failed to provide what we have been paying for."
