"My wife and I picked State Farm specifically because of the agent who helped us (i.e., Julie Tenney). She made the difference. In fact, we even passed on a potentially lower rate (which says something because State Farm's rates were much lower than others') because Julie was transparent, helpful, and honest. At one point in the process, she even encouraged us to look elsewhere, to sign a contract with others because it would be in my and my wife's best interest. That's character, and that is why--in addition to awesome rates--we decided to go with State Farm and Julie for our homeowners and auto insurance."
